Mr. Bratton is President of Bratton Realty Advisers, Ltd., and exclusively contracted with Colliers International, Hawaii’s largest commercial real estate organization. He specializes in the sale of investment properties in Hawaii. Mr. Bratton is also a member of the Colliers Investment Services Group, an elite team of sales professionals who work with institutional-quality properties. Members of the group transact business in key markets around the United States, and work collaboratively with their counterparts in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
In 2010, he represented various owners in the sale of their property with a combined total value of nearly $93 Million. Notable transactions include Mililani Shopping Center and Kaimuki Plaza. Mr. Bratton also represented the owner of Pearlridge Center Uptown II which closed in January 2011.

Mr. Bratton was presented with the 2010 Hawaii company-wide Top Producer award for his efforts in representing various owners in the sale of their property with a combined total value of nearly $93 Million. Notable transactions included Mililani Shopping Center and Kaimuki Plaza. In 2011, Mr. Bratton represented the owners of Pearlridge Center Uptown II, the leased fee under a portion of the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki, The Shops at 505 Front Street and Aloha Tower Marketplace. These properties had a cumulative value of nearly $103 Million.
Business Background
Coming from a family of developers, Mr. Bratton’s introduction to the development world came in the late 70’s as a carpenter working on family developments both in California and Hawaii. After obtaining a formalized education in Real Estate Investment and Development from San Diego State University, Mr. Bratton moved to Hawaii to begin his career. In 2005, Mr. Bratton purchased 2-acres of land in Pearl City, Hawaii. He successfully subdivided the land, planned, permitted and constructed a neighborhood retail center and two pad sites. Retailers include Starbucks, Panda Express, Wendy’s and Central Pacific Bank. Currently Mr. Bratton is developing a grocery-anchored shopping center on 4-acres in Kapolei, on the island of Oahu. The center will be anchored by Foodland, the second largest grocery chain in the State, and will be open for business in summer 2012.
