Christie Chan brings with her over twelve years of real estate marketing and project management experience both in Hawaii as well as California.  As project manager at Colliers International, she has the direct responsibility of marketing properties and overseeing transactions through to completion.  Her role is to create and facilitate marketing strategies; develop and proof pertinent documentation and due diligence materials; and maintain an open line of communication between all parties to ensure smooth and successful closings.

Nanette brings more than 15 years experience in consulting and brokerage to the commercial and residential real estate industries. Her consulting experience includes numerous financial and market analyses, as well as feasibility studies and valuations of various institutional grade properties and developments in Hawaii and on the mainland. On the brokerage front, she has managed and performed the marketing, valuation, and due diligence processes of real estate assets in the $5 million to $50 million plus range and has been involved in the sale of over $150 million of various commercial real estate assets in Hawaii.

Jennifer Chan  (S)

Jennifer Chan has over ten years of real estate experience in California and Hawaii. As Marketing Specialist at Colliers International, she is in charge of creating all marketing materials including brochures, websites, advertisements, postcards, and other promotional materials. She addresses all aspects of real estate transactions that are directly associated with marketing. She is also responsible for managing marketing funds, assembling due diligence documents, creating weekly status reports, and coordinating property tours. Ms. Chan collects market data and comps, tracks all current owners, buyers, and investors, and provides other marketing activities to enhance the team’s knowledge of the marketplace.
