I have a quick question . . . . you say there were 59 properties in some sort of distress at the end of 2011. Should this be at the beginning of 2011? It appears to me that you discuss what happened throughout the year to those 59 properties.

Hi my name is Takashi Kobayashi – grew up in Hawaii, currently working in Japan.
Possibly interested in an investment property in Honolulu
Must be over 20yrs old, wooden structure – enables me to take advantage of escalated depreciation in Japan.
Do you have any good recommendations and is now a good time to buy? Been an avid follower of real estate for over 10yrs – looks a little shaky at the moment…
