In January 2007, FirstService Corporation, the parent company of CMN (Colliers Macaulay Nicolls), purchased a majority interest in PFK Consulting, an international firm of management consultants, industry specialists, and appraisers who provide a full range of services to the hospitality, real estate and tourism industries. As a result, CMN's U.S. hotel brokerage operation, Colliers International Hotels, has been merged with PFK Consulting and now operates under the name PFK Capital.
PFK Capital provides real estate investment advisory services to the hospitality and leisure industries. CMN's Canadian Hotel Brokerage operation will continue to operate under the Colliers International Hotels brand.
